Return policy: Items may be returned for exchange only within 15 days of purchase, if they are found to be defective, received damaged, or the wrong item shipped to you. Exchanged items must be returned in new condition. Most of the products are also guaranteed by the manufacturer for longer periods of time. Please contact them directly for returns after the 15 day period. Items returned will have a 20% re-stocking fee. For your protection send your package insured and pre-paid via US Mail or UPS. Shipping fees are not refundable.
